#69 days and counting down

Okay. I haven't been blogging cause I thought I would after I receive our photoshoot pictures.

But I think I still have to wait that one week more for it to be ready!

So the last blog entry was about counting down to that 90+ days.

But hey! It's counting down from 69th day!

Like seriously? D:

I'm excited. Really!

Alhamdulillah we've managed to get that extra cash from Ayah. 

(and he settled for me my catering)

So, I'm actually left to be paying the little bits and pieces here and there :D

Let's see what I'm left:

1) hand bouquet: $200

2) Gubahan hantaran : $400 (paying his too)

3) Nikah's baju: $350

I think that's rougly all.

We've bought our barang-barang hantaran  already. I'm left with his shades and shaver & xbox!

Our this year baju raya is black in colour :D

Both of us have already decided to go for our honeymoon in KL.

This is our plan.

4 days 3 nights!

We have already look at the package and all and i can't wait to book them!

# that 90 plus days left

Truth said, I am looking forward to that wedding of mine. But I'm not really much of panicky at this moment of time. 

Today I told Love. "I think I will only get panicky when I'm left with that 1 month left" 

I think really! Only excited but not panic, YET

I have heard many people telling me about the day before they got married.

How they can't sleep. How they keep counting down the time to the nikah timing.

hahaha

(tunang je da susah nak tido, ape lagi nak nikah D:)

Hah well, I don't do much on that nikah day. 

Just berdebar2 when he is going thru that "Sah? Sah!" moment.

And I think I should be the most happiest girl when I'm legally married to the someone that I never thought of getting married when I first saw him

Like yeah? We met online!

But Alhamdulillah, its just our fate to be together. Our Jodoh, from now till forever, InsyaAllah.

I have this procrastination that I really have got to STOP

Which is to lose weight.

Like seriously la. I can't stop eating fast food.
I keep telling myself that I should start losing weight NOW!

As in 3 months would help if there is lots of discipline and consistency.

But hey seriously la. I got so angry with Uniqlo cause I can't fit in their skinny jeans.

Just because their largest skinny jeans size was 28. Like seriously la.

So I have made a conclusion.

As long as I cant fit the Uniqlo jeans, I AM FAT.

I can't wait for that short 1 week term break in 2 weeks time

Thats when I think I should really cut down on the food intake and also the exercising!

And to think that I need corsets for my next fitting in April!

2 fittings!

One is Sue & 1 is Urbanne

I think I should do fasting during that 1 week break onwards.

Then the next week try that "Apple Cider with Lemon drink" D:

Hopefully it works. Really. 

Anyways, our Ezypics event last week went well.

Alhamdulillah. The parents was supporting. 

But I feel that the pictures wasn't good enough :/

# the two digit number

They day has finally come. The two digit number (nightmare?)

It's not really a nightmare, just that, its scaring us in a way that its time to panic.

The next 99 days is going to be a breeze!

This month itself we have 2 ezypics event on Sundays & then our photoshoot~

(looking forward to the photoshoot!!!)

Then in April, we are going to paint the room!

Our room! Like finally my room is being shared with another human being! Rather than sharing with a stupid lizard D:

May, shopping for furnitures & stuffs!

I wanna make my room as comfortable as ever! With yellow curtains and flowers and scent~

June is the day already.

People say that we cant meet for 40 days. oh thats madness really. 

(40 days sounds like for people who are under confinement D:)

Okay let's be positive thinkers and not get to stress out.

Excited. Stress ? 

I am looking forward to it actually. The faster the better. Alhamdulillah everything is settled for my side. Left the berkat & bunga rampai.

Oh and we changed our videography package to Urbane's.

Might as well, everything under one roof

So dear asked how are the packages like:

1 day service (approx 7 hours)

Additional day: $400

Recorded in Full HD resolution

2 sets laser-print DVD

So, we took the additional day for our nikah also. It's a total of $1250. We saved I think about 

$200-300 from previously.

It's another 2 more days to MARCH & I'm pretty much excited!

It's a whole month of events for Ezypics & photoshoot!

12 March: PAY DAY

April is our month of fitting

May is our month of planning of pelamin

June is our wedding month!

I am planning already for manicure & pedicure, dental, facial & spa!

Those will be done in 1-2 weeks before June 8th!

 I think thats about it. Compared to my engagement list, this is much more and more money incur D:

Theme wedding: Black and White. Classic Wedding I must say.

6 months and I managed to find my catering. After many many pms and I decided to take Urbane. We planned to make it a joined wedding. Where, my side and ridz side will be under one place but unfortunately, it caused so much problems and lots of time wasted talking about it with his parents.

So it's going to be a two day event.
Nikah is at 3pm on Saturday, 8 June 2013

Sanding is on Sunday, 9 June 2013, 11am - 5pm

What was done so far for the past two months was lots of paying & we did our first fitting with Urbane and it was awesome. Been telling myself, "Shit I need to seriously lose weight" but unfortunately, nothing has been done. Can't seem to cut down on my food intake as I seem to be always hungry.

Back to our fitting, it was awesome. We got to two different wedding costumes.
One in a silverish turqouise colour and one in red velvet.

Both are actually very tight, as they have like their own "corset". But can fit me and as they said, its meant to be tight fitting. 

Also, both has a "tail" at the end, (those kind yang boleh sapu lantai )

So, I can't wait for everything actually.

Counting down to another 106 days. Fast because last two months have just passed in a breeze. Last I remembered my days was about 180 days plus? Now its soon to be 2 digit.

#1: Let me introduce myself

Truth said, I am not a very consistent kind of person, but let's just try.

Here's me & my fiance (or my HTB)

25 January 2009: We met at "online" through an "online chat" called the "Alamak" a few years back (4 years actually) & we instantly clicked.

(Well I know I did)

We got together even before meeting each other. We connected through phone calls and webcams (those were the days)

Oh and I can say I was pretty impressed when he sound "steady" me with a poem. (Lol, pretty cheesy but sweet).

28 January 2009: I replied a few days after that with another poem & ta-da , we're gf & bf.

A week after that (4 Feb 2009) we decided to meet up for the very first time. (I didn't know I was actually that brave) It's a blind date, I can say. We met at the Jurong East MRT station platform and instantly, I know how he looks like (from the webcam chat almost everynight)

We went for lunch at Jurong Point Banquet and truth said, I was pretty shy.

After that he decided to bring me to Japanese Garden (yes I find that romantic till now) & we chat and I was much more amazed by the surroundings actually. 

Years, months, days, hours, minutes past

we got engaged. I remembered having to decide suddenly near midnight of one day in December and said, 

"Let's get engaged in June" 

6 months to prepare and it was madness. It was hard I must say to break the news to our parents especially as they were more to the "mane ade cukup time nk prepare anything"  that-kind.

Initially, we wanted to get engaged on the 30th June 2012, but, his parents decided to push up the engagement to 10 June 2012.

Everything went well, Alhamdulillah.

From what I can remember, here are the list of people that I used for my engagement:

# gubahan: Sri Manisah Gubahan

# mak andam: my own cuz, Shima

# baju: bought from Joo Chiat

# catering: Rina , which was also the aunty vendor in my school canteen

# photography: Purple Plum Tree

#engagement cake: Wak Nah(hers) & Remy Cuppies (him)

(I must say parents were nagging at me for wasting so much money on the photography, but then again once the picture was developed, they pretty much kept their mouth shut :P)

I must say, thats all.
Initially planned to have at least 5 dulangs, or maximum of 10.

& at the end, it was nearly 14 for his sides, and about 21 for my side.

Alhamdulillah da rezki.

So, days past again, and 6 months later of our engagement, (which was last december), we decided something out of the blue again, 

"Let's get married in June. Make it June 8"

Soooooo, here I am 4 more months to my wedding & madness preparations I must say.

More work, More things. & MORE MONEY

But since I'm left with another 4 more months, I'm glad and thankful that most things are settle for me.

My catering and all are all in the midst of half payment.
